
Xavier Adell Salvatella is re-elected president of the Catalan Hockey Federation

Xavier Adell Salvatella has been re-elected as president of the Catalan Hockey Federation for a new term, consolidating his leadership at the helm of the entity since 2017. Adell, who is facing his third consecutive term, has received the unanimous support of the Catalan hockey community, confirming the confidence in his project and in the direction taken by the Federation in recent years.
Adell assumed the presidency of the Catalan Hockey Federation for the first time in April 2017, succeeding Narcís Carrió, and since then has worked intensely to modernize and strengthen hockey in Catalonia. His terms have been marked by the promotion of projects such as the digitalization of federative processes, the development of inclusive competitions such as Hockey+, the consolidation of the high-performance project at the CAR of Sant Cugat, and the promotion of grassroots and training hockey.
In this new term, the president has highlighted his desire to continue consolidating ongoing strategic projects, as well as to face new challenges to continue growing in areas such as the promotion of sport, support for clubs and the expansion of Catalan hockey.
The new board of directors that will accompany Xavier Adell in this third term will be formed by Josep Miquel Colomer, Toni Amat, Bea Lasheras, Joana Barbany, Itziar Ruedas, Martí Lloveras, Alicia Galy, Marc Hellín, Rosa Mª Marimon, Santi Ventalló and Ferran Muñoz.
Adell's re-election reaffirms the Catalan Hockey Federation's commitment to excellence, inclusion and the continuous development of sport, remaining a benchmark in the Catalan and international sports arena.
